Confirm every passenger’s name as shown on the relevant travel document. Prepare the flight number, airline, travel date, terminal and arrival or departure time. Check whether the service request is for arrival, departure or transit.
Review the requested service scope
Ask the operating provider what is included for the selected airport journey. Confirm the meeting point, passenger instructions and any documents that must be available. Do not rely on an older article or summary when the provider’s current instructions differ.
Include mobility and luggage information
Share mobility requirements and the number or type of bags where requested. Travellers with bulky items or other assistance needs should confirm how the operating provider handles those requirements before booking.

Review the latest official JetQuay terms and conditions. Check the current service scope, passenger rules, amendments, cancellations, payment requirements and operational conditions directly with the provider.
Arrange ground transport separately
For a chauffeur-driven airport pickup or drop-off, prepare the route, passengers, luggage and vehicle requirements on the airport transfer service page. The ground-transport booking and airport-assistance request should each match the same flight and travel date.
