A corporate transport enquiry does not need to contain a finished itinerary. It does need to show which details are firm and which still need an answer. This distinction helps the organiser understand the proposed service before treating an estimate or reply as a confirmed arrangement.
The template below is designed for a first enquiry about corporate transport in Singapore. Replace the placeholders privately; do not post passenger details in a public comment or review. Where information is missing, write “to be confirmed” instead of guessing.
Copyable first-enquiry message
Hello, I would like to enquire about corporate transport for [calendar date].
Confirmed details: [passenger count], [pickup building and full address], [destination building and full address], and [required arrival time].
Requested pickup time, if known: [time, or please advise based on the above].
Luggage or equipment: [quantity and any unusual dimensions].
Still provisional: [return time, extra stop, passenger change or other uncertainty].
Please confirm the proposed service scope, availability, amount and applicable terms. Please also identify any assumptions used in your reply and how a later change would be handled.
Organiser contact for this enquiry: [appropriate business contact].
Keep the first message relevant. Passport scans, payment-card details, private meeting agendas and internal budgets are not needed merely to describe a ground journey. If further information is requested, clarify its purpose and use an appropriate private channel.
Compare the reply with the request
Read the reply beside your original message. Has the destination been understood as a single stop or one of several? Is the return included or still a separate question? Has an uncertain end time been treated as fixed? These are scope questions, not just price comparisons.
Mark each unresolved point explicitly. For example, “The meeting end time remains provisional; please confirm what arrangement your reply assumes.” Avoid accepting a plan that depends on an assumption nobody has agreed to.
Confirm changes in one place
If the passenger count or destination changes, send a short updated summary rather than several disconnected messages. Identify what changed and ask whether the proposed arrangement still applies. Do not assume that a revised itinerary, additional waiting period or larger load has been accepted simply because a message was sent.
Before booking, check that the final confirmation reflects the current date, journey scope, amount and applicable terms. A useful enquiry starts the conversation; it is not itself a reservation or a guarantee of availability.
