Changi's FAST facilities include automated check-in kiosks and bag-drop machines for participating airlines. Depending on your flight and document requirements, you may still need an airline counter check. For a departing passenger, using a kiosk is a way to complete a check-in step. It does not mean that a personal representative has been booked to escort you. Follow the instructions for your airline and keep its check-in and boarding deadlines in view.

When considering a service advertised as fast track, look at the named provider and the actual package. Personal guidance, lounge access and dedicated facilities are different service elements; the label alone does not tell you which are included.
